The Keiratus Federation's newest hero, Kate Lightfeather is dying. A mythic Earth-legend, the Phoenix Firebird, travels across the galaxy to find her, only to interfere with efforts to save, drawing an unwilling Kate, Srin, Eli, Holth and sentient onboard Honey, and her two icosohedron RFL's, back to Earth, into a world of danger and adventure, challenging the entire Keiratus to save Earth and themselves from an all-consuming malignant force, the NAWL. Will they solve the NAWL threat in time? Will they choose to break all rules and enlist Earth's help? Or is this the beginning of the end of all Life itself?
