Following the adventure with Andy, Gardan helps his Tribe move to the Farm with the Farmer. Once they are settled, his vow to rid the Goblin Grove of the Grey Bears begins. Along with the Farmer and a squad of warriors Gardan travels to find a way to rid the Grove of their menace and save his people, even though they have called his Tribe apostate. Meeting with a creature known to the Goblins as the Black Death, Gardan leads two of his peoples most deadly enemies free his people from this new menace.
