In a moment of weakness, Kaylee signed up for a gym membership. She knew the odds of attending regularly were probably low. She got swept up in the possibility of actually achieving her fitness goals and losing a lot of weight. Then life, in the form of a very hectic work schedule intervened. She missed two of her personal training sessions in a row. Unfortunately for Kaylee, she did not read through the contract before she signed it.
