Pill popping and general drug taking led me to sink deeper and deeper into a state of depression that i could not even see, until one day i just snapped inside. There is violence, sex and drug taking, so if you're of the same mind as me it ticks all the boxes. This book is set over a decade of my life from the late nineties to the late 2000's, and for me encapsulates what is was like to grow up in a tough hard working town like Slough, where violence and drugs were pretty much common place. You will read about stabbings and worse, you will read about filthy one night, drug induced stands and plenty of other raw facts which will both shock and amuse you. However this book carries a clear message about what certain illegal drugs will do to the state of your mental health and that coupled with events in the early years of your life can be devastating to your chosen path as i found out as my life began to spiral out of control.
