Friends are so important! They helps us deal with stress. They can support us and guide us to make better lifestyle choices that keep us strong. Friends allow us to rebound from health issues and disease more quickly. Friendship is equally important to our mental health - no one wants to be alone. Jai is fortunate to have SO MANY FRIENDS! This book introduces: Curtis, Lorna, Lincoln and Isabella. These friends will show up a lot throughout the book series. Uncle Ty and Linda are introduce. However, since this book has been written they have two children - Cole and Noah who will also be introduce later down the line. Dr. Lasagna (who also made an appearance in the first book is back and this time she is with her husband (Uncle Vishy) and their two children Mya and Milan. Uncle Sonny, Aunty Noni and Zara Dee Dee are dear friends of Jai's as well.
