Have you considered that you may not know yourself nearly as well as you think? After all, you may ask, what else is there to learn? You've spent every second of your life with yourself. There certainly can't be any surprises, right?You're not alone if you feel this way, but you'd be wrong. You know a lot less about yourself than just about anyone else in your life knows about you or in other words there is much more to you than you are most likely admitting to. We often don't see ourselves in much of a good light, don't think very well of ourselves. We don't really want to look or to recognize who is behind the face in the mirror. We're often so afraid of what we'll find when we look into our own eyes, into the eyes of our soul.
