Chief Jamil Red Deer Nassar, a chief whose parents instilled into him the cultural history of both the Blackfoot and Cherokee people of West Virginia and Virginia nations of people. He has worked all of his adult life promoting Indian culture of the non-reservation Indians to bring them full circle with reservation Indians throughout the four directions of Mother Earth.
