Terror reigns supreme in neighbouring territories of Dalton and Wallis. Tripartite unleashes of violence in these territories were triggered by a leading Scorpion Confraternity and a succumbed duo of Red Tiger and Black Cat Confraternities. Though the top dogs of these gangs determined the fates of these territories, collaboration of law enforcers would form a new normal.
