Vanaheim is the eighth book in the Yggdrasil Program. Most of the material deals with scholarly subjects, but they are not free of exercises. You will have to rely on the material in previous books to perform them. Most of your work in this book will deal with intellectual and spiritual exploration. The Vanir are practitioners of Seither magic and they represent the female power within our souls.
