This short story and poem book was inspired by my life journey to loving myself. I've been battling myself for years learning to love me and becoming who I'm supposed to be. I have been fit to others people needs, I've been taken advantage of, talked about and constantly left defending myself or explaining myself. Reading this will help people see why I'm so guarded and I pray that it is a guide to you loving yourself. Seeing that I'm not perfect but aim to my idea of perfection should help you aim to your idea of perfection.
