The Body Parts: An Exploration of Spiritual Gifts seeks to realign our thinking as it sheds light on this still unsettled topic. Part exposition of 1 Corinthians 12 of the New Testament and part model that relates spiritual gifts to their analogous body parts - woven together to provide needed context to a story where spiritual gifts determined the outcome. Spiritual gifts confound some, repel others, and astound too few. The story may be compelling but what is more significant is the underlying philosophy that fueled decision making and can serve as a foundation from which to launch out into new spiritual discovery and to help confront life's challenges.
