This book is dealing with some obstacles that will try to block and distract us from getting to the place God has desired for us. Those obstacles that effect our everyday lives in the area of our mind, will and emotions. The strongholds that are in our minds are things we refuse to let go, things we want to let go of but can't or we just don't know how to let go. Those seeds that have been planted and watered in our minds that has seep down in our heart. All of those seeds that took root and began to grow. Even when we desire to good, they creep back up like weeds and try to overtake us. Then there is a tug of war with our spirit and our flesh. These wars within often manifests for others to see but they don't know how hard you have tried to fight these wars and battles. The battles that go on in your mind and you have prayed about it. You may have talked to others about. You may just sit alone and think about it and cry. There are times that we sit waiting on God to do it for us but there is a part that He gave us to do according to Scriptures. This book will shed a little light on some of these areas.
