Logan is a native of Philadelphia, PA. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in business from St. Paul's College. She also holds a Master of Divinity degree from Howard University School of Divinity. Deborah is employed with HealthCare Access Maryland as an Administrative Program Manager. Deborah has served the Lord and His people since 1990. Over the years she has trained and mentored ministry leaders from various churches. Deborah currently serves at Light House Prayer Ministry. Deborah has been married to Elder Michael T. Logan since May 1991. They currently reside in Baltimore Maryland.
