Children who are introduced to counting through fun visuals and workbooks often do much better in school than their counterparts who have not yet experienced learning for enjoyment. Yes, learning can be fun and should be, especially in those very early years. Number groups with cute jungle animals leading your child from page to page will have them eagerly turning those pages to see what comes next. Number development and recognition of groups comes easily when children are excited about learning.
