As little eyes closed, and dreams danced on in, Those tired eyes saw a light where just dark should have been. Soon there were shadows and sounds that had not been there before, Could it be that it came from that old bedroom door? Was it laughing? How could it be? Should she get up to see? But how brave could one little girl possibly be? For shadows and darkness can make something seem like much more, Even something as simple as that old bedroom door.
