She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master's Degree in Special Education in 2019 and is currently enrolled in her second Master's program in Educational Administration and Educational Leadership. Shelia Harrison has received two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Memphis in Liberal Studies 2014 and Professional Studies with a minor in Social Work in 2018. She is a license special education teacher K-5 in Shelby County, Tennessee. Shelia Harrison has more than twenty years of experience in working with young children and families. She was the owner and operator of Heavenly Babies Daycare in Madison County, Tennessee from 1995 - 2008.

Evangelist Harrison served as a licensed Missionary in the Church of God in Christ from 1998 - 2011 when she resided in Madison County. She later moved to Shelby County in 2012 to continue her educational studies. Evangelist Harrison was married for thirty years and later divorce in 2009. She is the mother of four children and seven grandchildren.
