You can't think how you're thinking going where you're going!

Do you allow your fears and insecurities to control you? Is your self-worth connected to what others say about you? Do you doubt your God given ability to be all God is calling you to be? Do you feel anxiety when you attempt to step out of your comfort zone?

These are all feelings I struggled with throughout my life. I learned that if you are not intentional about guarding the heart of your mind, lies, fears and insecurities will control your life. Don't allow the lies you have accepted as truth in your past remain truth in your future!

Think Up to Get Up will help you confront your destructive ways of thinking and bring healing and restoration through the grace of Jesus Christ. The principles in this book are based on the Bible, and when applied, can help you break free from toxic thoughts.

Growth is just as uncomfortable as stagnation; the only difference is that one is intentional!
