She was nicknamed the medical miracle by the doctors who worked on her. When everyone gave up, she refused and surprised us over and over again. A spleen less life is very short lived way back in 1965, doctors gave her family a good 3 years after her splenectomy. She breathed her last on 14th April, 1991. My 19 years with her is the best gift of life. At the same time, my journey through those 19 years was like walking on a field of time bombs. With Love SaraH Pavoo is an ode to the woman i called Mummy.
