Little Storm came to Cora Phenix shortly after she gave birth to their first daughter, Rhea. She was lying in bed one night, sleep-deprived, trying to get some rest. She jumped up, picked up her phone from her dresser, and wrote them down. The next morning, she looked at them, and in less than an hour, she wrote the entire thing.
