From D. I. V. A.-"A Determined Individual with a Victorious Attitude" to Disabled-brings the reader into the inner most thoughts and feelings of Dr. Michelle King-Huger, Education Specialist, as she battles with being recently diagnosed with progressive M. S.

After her husband's sudden death, back-to-back surgeries, and the inability to care for her son or herself she must come to the realization of being disabled. Her faith, determination, and love of Jesus Christ help to lift her from a quicksand of hopelessness and despair.

She shares her words of encouragement, steps for a more positive future, and inspirational quotes that helped her to make a life changing transformation.

Whether you are young or old, rich or poor, and all races and genders are included realizing that membership is free even without our willingness to join. The purpose of this club will be to develop partnerships with members of the disabled community to include a new definition for the word diva! With the support and love shown by the many people who care for the disabled members of society the purpose can be accomplished, far-reaching, and successful. Being a part of something greater than yourself is the first step in this mission because it cannot be done without your help. Let our living not be in vain even through life changing situations.
