Inhale Dr Ishan Capoor

Inhale: Exhale is a representation of an inner journey being expressed in words. Having to self-quarantine while helping patients with COVID-19 gave me an opportunity to look deeper within. Testing positive for COVID-19 provided me some much needed insight about being on the other side of the fence and helped me empathize better with my patients while contemplating the meaning of life.

These poems have been a channel for me to express myself during the pandemic. Using imagery to express a wide array of emotions and experiences has been a transcendental revelation.
