Mike and Eddie are two typical young boys craving adventure, and the long, hot, and adventure-free summer has left them restless. Now they are heading back to school, and although seeing their friends again will be fun and different, they want something more exciting. Walking to school on the first morning along the long deserted dusty road, they see something very odd: construction workers are building a wall around the perimeter of one small block. The boys vow to return later in the day when the builders have gone home and find out what is happening. Just a few days later, they discover the secrets hidden behind the wall and suddenly their lives become extremely exciting.
