Today I'm going to visit my Grammy. I'm not going to her house. She doesn't live there now. She had to move.

I miss baking with Grammy.

I miss reading with Grammy.

I miss Grammy's toy basket and playing games with her.

I miss the way she smiled when she saw me.

But there are lots of things she forgets. She drove to the store and got lost on the way home. That's why Grammy moved. She gets mixed up, and sometimes it makes her mad, and sometimes it makes her cry. Mama said Grammy's sickness means she can't be the person she used to be, but that doesn't mean she's forgotten that she loves us.
