Quality of work life (QWL) is necessary for an organization to attract and to retain skilled employees. Satisfied and Motivated employees are the backbone of any successful organization. This study hypothesize that Ethics institutionalization (Implicit form and Explicit form), as well as Social responsibility toward workers (STRW), positively affect employees Quality of Work Life and Quality of Work Life would in turn improve Job satisfaction (JS), Organizational commitment (OC), Team spirit (TS), and Worker's motivation to contribute to society (WMCS). This research work is an important contribution not only to the ethics and QWL literature but also to international business literature.
