A Nurse's Perspective is a simple guide for family members and friends on what to expect when a loved one (elderly parent, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, etc.) is in the hospital. In addition, included is a detailed description of how to prepare a medical history paper your loved one will need prior to an emergency room admission, as well as a home health visit with emphasis on how to make their home a healthy and safe environment. The book concludes with funeral and financial affairs. Checklists that correlate to the chapters in the book and blank note pages to write down any essential information related to your loved one's care are also present.

Robert received his bachelor's degree in nursing from Florida International University in December 1994. Starting his career in March of 1995, Robert has since worked as a registered nurse in nine different states, done FDA drug trials, home health, hospice, and educational preventative health. Always available to offer a smile and kind words, Robert continues to enjoy teaching and helping others whenever possible.
