Raymont is a dynamic motivational teacher, speaker and leadership trainer with an extensive leadership, management and educational background. He spent over 35 years as a manager and leader in both the corporate arena and in the United States Air Force. As a small business owner he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of RBJ Properties, Inc. He also serves as the President and CEO of a 501c3 Family Empowerment Ministries, Inc. (FEMI). This author and educator by profession, is skilled in leadership training for businesses and organizations. Raymont holds a Master's of Science degree in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Nyack College, Nyack NY; a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He lives in Clinton Maryland with his wife Brenda, they have five children.
