When Horatio, a Blue Horned fish, encounters a strange underwater happening, he begins to unlock the mystery with the help of his cranky old friend, Sidestepper the crab. Together they explore under the sea looking for clues and soon find mishaps along the way! First-time author Lyn Garrett is retired and lives in Maricopa, Arizona with her husband.
