After God's Own Heart Curtis Pettaway

Publisher Marketing: "Few have it - the honesty to tell the painful truth. Few admit it - moments of pain even while completely surrendered to the Healer. This journal is a rare and powerful look into the complex struggle between righteousness and humanity. The place we're so familiar with but so reluctant to confess. Dana's innermost thoughts reveal a perfectly devoted heart, wrapped in weakness, yet determined to obtain the highest reward, His presence. Oh that we may all be as earnest and transparent as this beautiful young lady. The world would truly come to know the perfect love of our risen Savior."Steve Austin, Senior Pastor Champions Community Church, Houston, TX"As full-time missionaries, God gives us the privilege of helping win, build, and send teenagers for Christ. God sent Dana Pettaway to Cy-Falls High School. As Dana sought God passionately, His Spirit empowered her with a heart of compassion, and sense of mission that resulted in helping launch Student Venture, a student led ministry that continues impacting teenagers to this day. Her writings reveal a young lady whose vision of the Lord, and purposes for her life, were rooted deeply in God's Word. Dana's life highlights that leaving a Godly legacy behind occurs as we walk by faith right now! May the way she finished her race on fire for Christ inspire us to embrace all God has for our lives today."Barry & Laurie Bowling, DirectorsStudent Venture HoustonCover Photo: Dana Michelle Pettaway posing for feature article in citywide newspaper.
