"When the Cat is away, the Mouse is at Play", is developed from the observation of workplace ethics. People behave a certain way in their work environment, depending on the culture of that environment. In most cases, there's favoritism, unfairness, classism inequity and sometimes racism. Sometimes, these behaviors are learned or forced upon employees as a survival strategy, therefore, leaving them no choice. It is my intention, that this little book will be an eye-opener to some of the evils which exist in the corporate world, and possibly help to foster fairness, equality and justice in the workplace.
