Dr. Pollard comes to this journey with a wealth of life experience. He was ordained by the United Methodist Church and has served churches in both urban and suburban settings. During this time he's acted as the Executive Director of C. A. U. S. E. (a nonprofit organization serving New Jersey's poor and homeless), a therapist with Advent Clinics, a member of the board of Race Track Chaplains, and senior pastor of Gateway Community Church. He has also served as the Vice President of Vocation Development and the Dean of Students at Somerset Christian College. Presently he serves as President of CompassPoint International, coaching ministry leaders around the world. Dr. Pollard has been married for forty years and is the father of three and the grandfather of five.
