And it was, of course, just one night, not many. I could have a bit of fun if I wanted, couldn't I? I repeated this three times while applying my mascara and thought about the night ahead: the shoving on the dance floor, the gum sticking to the soles of my shoes, the cheesy chat-up lines from the young dudes waving goodbye to puberty... enough! Best think about something else. (...) You know when you get butterflies in your tummy, your breath gets short, your heart races, you get hot flushes - and the ground just swallows you up? That's what happened yesterday. (...) She's so sensitive and takes everything so seriously. Okay, I may have gone a little overboard, or even WAY over the top, with some of my choice of vocabulary, but let's face it, I'd be an idiot to date a girl like that...don't you think?! It's 3 times! It is the time of our lives.
