LuLu is a little unicorn with a soft white coat and a rainbow-colored twirling horn. She has adventures in an enchanted forest with her friend, a young fox named Magic. The unicorn doesn't know that she is the one with magic, but she manages to help some other creatures just the same. This charming book for youngsters can be read on two levels. It is a simple story about a young unicorn who has lost her mama and is trying to find her. On another level, this book can be used as a tool to help children who have been affected by the loss of a loved one. The second stage of grief is denial. LuLu refuses to believe her mother is gone forever and sets out to find her.
