This book is the story of my stay in Cameroon in 1982. The two years I had spent as an aid volunteer in Ethiopia were a real revelation and a time of discovery for me. I wasn't ready to return to Europe where everything was so organized and predictable. To me, Africa was the last Far West of the 20th century and this was where I wanted to live. So I left to work in the bush looking for adventure; the least I can say is that I found many thrills and much more...!
