A Survivor's Journey of Hope Shanda Wright

Shanda Wright, an educator, sister, friend, and community activist was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a lumpectomy and a double mastectomy in 2009. A Survivor's Journey of Hope was written to ensure that a journey of hope never ends. Through this book, Shanda hopes to share stories of wisdom, hope and healing as a means of knowing how to survive through the process. It is her goal that other breast cancer patients and survivors will be encouraged and inspired to continue to fight, never give up and to win the battle against breast cancer.
