A compilation of poems from someone who suffered from depression and then later on in life is in recovery. In this short book I go back and forth between dark poems to positive writings. Everything in this is original and it is just my journey to recovery. You get to see what I went through in my darkest days to what I'm going through now in my happiest of times. It's a piece of art that I created to help inspire others and to show them that they're not the only ones who go through this.
