I, Luis Marrupe, have written this story to tell the truth about everything that I have overcome in my life. Many people may believe that a kid doesn't go through many problems in life, but I have. My life began when I was brought to the world by my mother in the capital city of La Habana, Cuba on January 26, 2002. This Caribbean nation in the Gulf of Mexico, ruled by a dictatorship family, was the reason my mother and father decided to flee the country. My parents had been together for around two and a half years and they had already planned to have a baby.
