Masha normally spends her time taking Fierce Lady's bounties and traveling the continent. However she has bit off more than she can chew and gotten herself chained in Olegario's dungeon. Kept alive for the healing powers that she can use by the moon's glow. Knute, a demon slayer of Enver, comes and kills Olegario. Knute frees Masha so he can claim the bounty from the Fierce Lady's for her rescue. However he learns she is a demon and seals her in a temple guarded by sages. When the temple is raided by humans she manages to break her bindings and escapes. However not without being chased by the temple sage Ivan. If that is not bad enough Knute who is now the royal demon slayer of Enver, learned that Masha was free and is now chasing her down in the name of his queen.
