There is no perfect life, was among many of the lessons learned as a youth living in a foster home. Writing poetry became the escape from an unhappy world of reality. Many of the poems provide intrigue and wonder, offering the reader an opportunity to view life from their individual perspectives of interest. The characters and and scenes vary from imagination to real life experiences. Some of the poems will make you laugh out loud while others will make you want to sit down and cry.
