The Lost Marbles was a band, formed out of the Woodstock era. The story however starts in 1998, as the main character, Stan; feeling depressed, reflects on the band's modest beginnings in 1969, their moderate rise to success in the music industry, and how they've sustained being buried alive, within a universe of bewitching women, (some cannibalistic), drugs, sex, rock and roll, and the underworld. Their bizarre new world, flavored with mystery, romance, some LSD Fantasy, intrigue, murder, terror and sorcery, almost ruins them as they managed to survive the mayhem. In the midst of the chaos, Stan will come to know his soulmate and her heart, but realize also upon returning to his reality of 1998, that fate has led him to a very dark crossroads. This is the story of The Lost Marbles.
