This book is divided in sections for each of the four season with endearing conversations between a daddy and his little girl about the growing process of a rosebush. In each section the book is designed with the story conversation and pages with simple facts about the rosebush. The story conversation can be read without the fact pages for younger readers. The little girl is learning each part of the rosebush as it grows and develops. Along the way she also learns a character lesson on patience. This book also includes several lesson plans for parents/teachers, two experiments for better understanding of what happens with plants, and a quest for young readers to explore beyond the story.
