James Fletcher is having a bad day: after being extorted out of his lunch money, he is forced to turn to his school for a loan. Then he gets home and finds his model shunter missing. James sets out to solve the riddle of its disappearance. He has almost given up hope when he discovers an ancient grandfather clock locked away in his basement.
