What my son, Airman Jason Hank Brown, suffered at the hands of the Veterans Administration Hospital was inexcusable and in my opinion, criminal. What you have heard from whistle blowers is true, and I am also adding my son's story to the neglected victim's lists from other VA Hospitals. The Veteran's Administration is an impotent substitute for real medical care, real schooling opportunities, and real fair pensions. These are our Patriots, and they have been betrayed. The deadly protocol of the system must stop; it must be done away. You cannot clean up an outhouse and call it a five star hotel, because it remains an outhouse. The care my son got at every turn was beyond inadequate, it was downright deadly. He is just one of many victims, but his story is real, is timely, and is pertinent. The pages of this book will expose the many problems and offer some suggestions that are not only doable, but must be done NOW! We cannot afford to loose our loved ones and our national defense to deadly protocol any longer.
