This book compares the common principles of the USA Constitution, Training Within Industry, and the approach of Donald Trump with the Top Down Management style of the "Washington Establishment" The Principles of The Constitution, T. W. I. and Trump can be described as the "Chaos Theory" which states that if the broad ideas and structure are correct order will naturally arise from Chaos provided people are free to complete the details. Top Down Management believes that without a highly structured system with clear rules that are enforced chaos will arise. Top down management styles are found in all political parties, Republican, Democrat, Liberal, Communist, Fascist, and Dictatorships. Political parties attract people who favor a Top Down Management style because such people want power and control. The characteristics of Top Down management are seen in most forms of Govt. -Manipulation of media, regulations, centralized Govt, low productivity, low wages with the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. In a chaos style of Govt, freedom come from lack of Govt control. Followers will try to strike a balance between too many regulations and not enough regulations. The characteristics of a Top Down management style can be seen in the Political climate in US 2017. Political opponents are assaulted, businesses are boycotted, the media manipulates the news.
