Lady Starlight is one of the world's first Pantied Paragons (superheroines who wear panties over their costumes), having gained her powers in a meteorite experiment. When a group of scientists is discovered frozen in their laboratory, Lady Starlight suspects that a villainess she has encountered before is involved. However, she learns that two of the research facility's scientists are missing from the group. Now, Lady Starlight must embark upon a journey to find the villainess and the missing scientists before it is too late.
