A book of poetry from emerging Hampton Roads artist Rob 'ACE.' Holmes. This book covers a myriad of topics: love, politics & race, among other things. I've been writing for a little over 10 years & it was time to compile a tangible product that I could present to both family & friends alike. It describes where I currently stand. Although it doesn't have a particular structure- every piece stands its rightful place. After going out to open mics around the Hampton Roads area, I knew there was a greater feeling that needed to be tapped into. I also understood that every piece isn't for the stage. This platform gives me free range to be versatile.
