A 30-year-old mum to 4 beautiful little people who have filled her with such happiness, great lessons and deep inspiration. Born and raised in London, UK. Living and enjoying life to the fullest with all the ups and downs that get thrown in to make for a fun journey! A nature lover, healer, deeply soulful spirit who loves alternative holistic therapies, home educating, plant based foods, positive parenting and writing poetry! She has found great healing through poetry, and has collaborated a selection of writings from over the past few years that have been immensely powerful in helping her to see light through dark times. With a genuine love for all people she shares her collection of poetry in the hope that it reaches those who have also felt, been through similar situations, or just needing a new perspective to help them see the light, release their shame and take control of their lives again
