After years of secrecy, Hiricula's massive naval fleet has finally been constructed. The fleet is ready to enact the High Council's master plan and try to conquer the Alliance in one bold strike. Will the Hiriculans be able to impose their will on an unsuspecting galaxy? Meanwhile, Earth discovers that there is intelligent life elsewhere in the galaxy.
