For thousands of years, certainly back to the time of the Vedas, mystics have been having experiences of a Reality that is outside of, beyond, or behind this everyday world that we live in. They have described a zone where there seems to be a Blueprint for all of Creation, including each of our lives - an energy matrix forming a Perfect Pattern. The energy pattern holds our full potential, in the same way that an acorn holds the potential to become an enormous oak tree. This zone has been described in different ways - the Causal Realm, the Mind of God and the Matrix being just a few. I call it the Blueprint Zone. In my thirties, I started to have occasional experiences of it in meditation and these have continued and deepened over time.
