Setting the Stage This is not a motivation workbook. I'm not a motivator. I consider myself an encourager and an inspirational coach. I believe that motivation is external. If I can inspire you to move towards your dreams and goals, then I feel like I have done my job. Let's work together as a team and we can walk through this journey together through the pages of this workbook. Although I am not physically there with you, I am there on each page encouraging you along the way. Take the time to fill in the blanks and answer the questions when asked.
