The Tanglewood Girls: A Play: Quiz Questions for Classrooms contains three components: the play script of "The Tanglewood Girls," 50 quiz questions testing students over The Tanglewood Girls, and an answer key at the back of the book. SYNOPSIS OF THE TANGLEWOOD GIRLS: Grace and her sister Mary were convicted of crimes they did not commit, and they find themselves exiled on Tanglewood Island. Grace soon befriends Elinor, a former prisoner who has happily lived on Tanglewood for ten years. Grace wants to be like Elinor and adapt to the island, but Mary is determined to build a boat and escape. A one-act play for three females. Performance time: around twenty minutes.
